A previously posted rumour regarding David Aebischer receiving a contract offer from the Jets has been proven untrue by HC Lugano Sports Director Roland Habisreutinger.
He says the Winnipeg Jets have not spoken to Aebischer and that no offers or requests have been put forward to the team.
